Description

To extend the existing InstallerNet Inside Sales function based at our North Andover MA office, we are looking for experienced Inside Sales personnel to help build sales activity in an increasing US sales team.

He/she will be responsible for contributing to increased sales revenue by the identification, generation and qualification of either new prospect or existing customer opportunities across Account Manager Territories, in the Telematics/Wireless team. You will also be responsible for closing smaller opportunities and upgrade business within a set of named accounts (run by the direct sales force) and directly into unnamed new business accounts where appropriate.

• Active involvement and ownership in account mapping, planning and targeting exercises with the account managers, whilst bridging the gap between sales and marketing through the direct response team.

• Conduct target account prospecting and sales calls to key decision makers, C level and technical influencers within organizations in order to fill the gaps within the InstallerNet sales planning process.

• Provide in-office support during core business hours (9:00am to 6:00pm Mon-Fri) for customers, prospects and the direct sales teams to have a common point of contact

• Build key relationships with prospects and customers to gain a clear understanding of company and customers goals to enable expansion of InstallerNet solutions across the enterprise

• Undertake cold calling campaigns around specific business propositions or market awareness into the set of named accounts.

• Qualify and develop inbound sales leads passed to appointment setting stage for hand over to outside sales channel for direct closure.

• Close small opportunity and upgrade business directly with the customers.

• Meet quarterly/yearly qualified sales revenue targets

• Meet quarterly/yearly Management Business Objectives as required

Requirements:

We are looking for someone who has:

• Proven inside sales experience or previous field sales background

• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue generation targets in a phone sales environment

• Knowledge of telematics and/or wireless technologies a plus

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral)

• Ability to foster team relationships with team project managers and other individuals within the company

• Excellent organizational skills

• Ability to analyze and assess potential business opportunities

• Able to work on own initiative

• 2 or 4 year degree or equivalent

• Computer skills and aptitude(Word,Excel,PowerPoint)

Salary Range

Salary is dependant upon experience.
